All services provided by Always Deliver Co are subject to agreed terms and conditions at the time of booking. While we take reasonable care in handling, transporting, and completing all work, we do not accept liability for pre-existing damage, manufacturer faults, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from undisclosed information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details regarding items, access conditions, and job requirements prior to service. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to proven negligence directly caused by Always Deliver Co during the course of service. We strongly recommend clients arrange appropriate insurance for high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items.

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Terms & Conditions – The Basics

By booking with Always Deliver Co, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

A minimum service charge applies to most jobs. Time starts on arrival and ends when the job is completed. Additional time is billed in set increments.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges. This includes undeclared items, access issues, stairs, waiting time, tolls, parking costs, materials, or extra labour required.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about items and site access. Claims for damage are only considered where proven negligence has occurred.

Cancellations may incur a fee depending on notice provided.

Engaging our services confirms acceptance of these terms.

Always Deliver Co will provide services as agreed at the time of booking, based on the information supplied by the client. Services may include removalist work, deliveries, handyman tasks, labour assistance, loading and unloading, transport, assembly or disassembly, and general property maintenance.

The scope of work is strictly limited to the items, locations, access conditions, and services disclosed prior to commencement.

Any variation to the agreed scope — including but not limited to undeclared items, additional volume, stairs, difficult access, waiting time, parking limitations, tolls, materials, or additional labour required — will result in additional charges added to the final invoice.

Always Deliver Co reserves the right to refuse unsafe, illegal, or undisclosed work.
